Boxing – Aikido – Weight Training – Weight Loss – Muscle Gain – Tone the Body – Devotional
“Our desire is to get our Spirit, Mind, & Body in radical shape for the Lord’s use. That God would be glorified” (that we are ready, Spiritually, Mentally, and Physically)!
Colossians 3:17 “Whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.”
This is accomplished by:
1. Prayer & Devotion
2. Exercising using various Boxing/Aikido/Weight Lifting/Cardio Techniques.
3. Running – Glider (in the gym, parks, beach, steep steps.
4. Fellowship & Breaking bread together.
When: Monday – Wednesday – Friday at 5:00 – 7:00PM
Sessions may go from an hour to an hour and 1/2. If you are experienced enjoy your workout. Trainer on board if assistance is needed. As you grow, you will be challenged.
Bring: Towel, water and/or Gatorade.
Wear: Appropriate dress attire is acquired for both Men & Women: At times we will have surprise trips for cardio.
